WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. ONLY STORE CREDIT. IF YOU ARE AN OUT OF TOWN CUSTOMER, YOU CAN USE STORE CREDIT AT ONLINE CHECKOUT.

Please be advised: All Sale Items, Special Order Items, and Earrings are final Sale!

*In Store Customers: Please be advised that we do not offer refunds, we only offer store credit via a Betty Kelly's Gift Card. If you are an out of town customer, we will issue you an E-Gift Card that is able to be used through our website! Please have original receipt/packing slip available for any returns. We only accept returns within 30 days of purchase date.

 

*Out Of Town Customers: If you have received an item that does not work for you, please contact us via instagram @bettykellysgiftshop or email hello@bettykellygifts.com and we will instruct you on how to return your item!
