Made start to finish by MacKenzie-Childs' artisans in Aurora, New York, the Hope Heart Plate is hand-painted with pink checks and trimmed with gold lustre on its fluted edge. It also has the Breast Cancer Awareness ribbon imprinted on the reverse side.
